The Resideo LTEM-XV is a Verizon LTE Cat M1 cellular alarm communicator designed for compatible Honeywell Home VISTA security control panels. It connects directly to supported panels through the ECP bus and transmits alarm signals to the AlarmNet Network Control Center for routing to the appropriate central monitoring station.
Designed for the evolving cellular and IoT landscape, LTE Cat M1 technology provides a reliable alternative to traditional POTS telephone lines and outdated cellular networks. The LTEM-XV replaces the Resideo and Honeywell GSMX4G, CDMA-X, LTE-XV, and LTE-XA communicators, making it a suitable upgrade for compatible VISTA installations.
The communicator supports full Contact ID reporting and protects transmitted data with 256-bit AES encryption. Diagnostic LEDs display signal strength and operating status, helping installers identify issues and select the best installation location.
Remote programming, system diagnostics, firmware-over-the-air updates, and optional Resideo Total Connect Remote Services help security professionals manage compatible systems remotely and reduce unnecessary service visits.

Programming and Service Requirements
Upload and download capabilities are available with select compatible Honeywell Home control panels and require Compass software version 1.5.8.54a or later.
Important: An active AlarmNet cellular service subscription is required and is sold separately. Central-station monitoring, AlarmNet services, and optional Resideo Total Connect Remote Services must be arranged through a compatible alarm service provider.
