The Honeywell HC35WB5R3 35 Series is a rugged 5MP fixed-lens bullet IP camera designed for reliable indoor and outdoor video surveillance. It records high-resolution video up to 2592 × 1944 at 30 frames per second, providing the detail needed to monitor commercial buildings, parking areas, warehouses, retail locations, schools and other security-sensitive environments.

A fixed 2.8mm, f/2.0 lens provides an 88° horizontal field of view for broad-area monitoring. Honeywell 120dB Wide Dynamic Range preserves important details in scenes containing both bright and dark areas, while highlight compensation, backlight compensation, defog and 2D/3D digital noise reduction improve image usability in challenging conditions.

Four integrated Smart IR illuminators provide night vision at distances up to approximately 164 feet. Automatic IR control adjusts illumination levels to help prevent nearby subjects from becoming overexposed, while true day/night operation provides color video during the day and clear black-and-white images in complete darkness.

Honeywell Smart Motion Detection uses human and vehicle classification to help reduce alarms caused by weather, foliage and other irrelevant movement. Additional supported analytics include intrusion detection, multi-loitering detection, people counting, tampering detection and standard motion detection.

The HC35WB5R3 supports one alarm input and one alarm output for integration with compatible local alarm devices. Line-level audio input and output connections enable two-way, full-duplex audio when compatible external audio equipment is connected.

H.265, H.264 and Motion JPEG compression provide flexible video-streaming options. Honeywell Smart Codec reduces bandwidth and storage requirements, while three configurable video streams allow the camera to support different recording and viewing needs. An onboard microSD card slot supports local edge recording on cards up to 256GB.

The camera can be powered through IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet or a separate 12V DC power supply. PoE simplifies installation by transmitting network data and power through one Ethernet cable.

An IP66- and IP67-rated enclosure protects the camera against dust and water. Its IK10-rated die-cast aluminum housing provides additional resistance to impact and vandalism. The camera operates in temperatures from -40°F to 140°F, making it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor installations.

The Honeywell 35 Series is compliant with Section 889 of the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act. Secure transmission features include HTTPS, TLS 1.2, stream encryption, AES 128/256 encryption, IP filtering and password-protected user accounts.

HC35WB5R3 is a replacement option for Honeywell models HC30WB5R1, HBW4PER1 and HBW4PER1V. Mounting, accessory and system compatibility should be confirmed before replacing an existing camera.
