The Fire-Lite SD365 is a low-profile, addressable photoelectric smoke detector designed exclusively for compatible Fire-Lite addressable fire alarm control panels operating with the LiteSpeed protocol. Its enhanced optical sensing chamber is engineered to detect smoke from a broad range of combustion sources while meeting modern commercial fire-detection requirements.
The detector connects directly to a two-wire signaling line circuit (SLC). Rotary decimal address switches give each detector a unique point identification, allowing the fire alarm panel to report the device’s precise programmed location. Dual LEDs provide highly visible status indication: they blink during panel polling and latch on when an alarm is activated.
A detachable mounting base, SEMS wiring screws, removable cover and insect-resistant screen help simplify installation, inspection and field maintenance. The SD365 also supports magnetic functional testing, panel-based sensitivity testing and walk testing when used with a compatible Fire-Lite system.

Compatibility and Replacement Notice
The SD365 is a LiteSpeed-only detector and must be used with a compatible Fire-Lite addressable fire alarm control panel. It is identified as a replacement for the legacy SD355, but it should not be treated as a universal drop-in replacement for every SD355 installation. Please note Honeywell identities the SD365 Series as discontinued.
Before ordering, verify the fire alarm control panel model, firmware, SLC operating protocol and approved device-compatibility documentation. Legacy systems operating only in CLIP mode may not support the white SD365. The separately sold ivory SD365-IV is the variant listed for both LiteSpeed and CLIP operation. Fire-Lite’s current panel documentation identifies the SD365 as LiteSpeed-only and the SD355 as a legacy device.
